Welcome to Sycamore. This brief application form helps us prepare thoughtfully for the year ahead and shape the cohort experience around the leaders participating in it.

1. Tell us about yourself.

This helps us get to know you and prepare intentionally for the year ahead.

2. Select your cohort track.

Sycamore offers three tracks. Choose the one that fits where you are.

FOUNDATIONS (v 1.0) — For first-year participants, leaders new to Sycamore, and returning participants who want to repeat the Foundations track.
ADVANCED (v 2.0) — For returning participants ready to engage more deeply.

Scheduling details are coordinated directly with each cohort.

3. Cohort rhythm and participation.

Cohorts typically include 8 –10 participants and meet monthly from August through May for a four-hour gathering scheduled by the group and personally facilitated by Scott Sauls. Consistent participation is important to the trust, depth, and connection that make Sycamore meaningful. Optional social gatherings, fireside conversations, and cross-cohort events are also offered periodically.

4. Reserve your place.

A $500 registration deposit secures your place in the cohort and applies toward the total investment.

FOUNDATIONS: $12,500
ADVANCED: $8,000

Several participants receive full or partial employer support through leadership development funding. Limited need-based assistance is available upon request.

5. Between now and our first gathering.
